Carribean Giveaway!

Now don't get too excited I don't have the funds to send you on a Carribean cruise but I am able to offer 8 of my lovely bloggers a copy of Rustie Lee's Cookbook "A Taste of the Carribean"

As mentioned here my best friend worked with Rustie on this book (including a trip to Jamaica for the photographs the lucky thing!) and together they have provided me with some copies of the book to give as an early Christmas present for 8 of you

All I need from you is to leave a comment on this post before Saturday 6th December 6pm GMT

Dust of your spices in preparation!!

mmm... I love going to Puerto Rican and Dominican restaurants when I visit Providence, this would give me an idea on how I can make great tasting Carribean food on my own!
