Weight Loss Success!

I am pleased to report that my first week of returning to Weight Watchers has been successful and I have lost 1 1/4lbs & (I love my WEIGHT+WATCHERS.htm">WW scales tell me to the 1/4lb what I have lost as you can loose them in other scales)

I tried on a suit I have hanging in the wardrobe in a dress size smaller and the jacket fits me nearly perfectly

A perfect incentive to keep going!

I hope any of you who are also tackling new year diets are doing equally as well

Well done!!! My weight loss is not going as well :( Benn feeling sorry for myself after the business with the tooth and have been eating a load of (soft) junk! You've spurred me on to get myself motivated :) Keep it up :)

Well done with the first weeks success!

I don't do diets. Just thinking about going on a diet makes me feel starving!
No will power whatsoever ;-(

Well done you!
I'm weight loss is going fab, I've lost 10 lbs since new year but I had gained 11lbs over December with all the extra indulging and parties we went to, so I am almost back to pre-festivity weight but still need to lose more to get back to where I was before the last year wrecked havoc with my body! Lol! I blame all this blogging and all the delicious recipes & food people post!
Good luck with your weight loss, keep it up girly.

Well done! I am a serial weight watcher and have just gone back to doing it online ... I lost about 5 stones with ww about 6 years ago ... but since getting married about 3 of those pesky stones have crept back on! I am determined to get them off again this year! I dabbled with Rosemary Conley in the Summer, but find that nothing works as well as weight watchers!!

Keep counting those points!
