On my last opticians appointment I was told that I needed to wear glasses more often and give my eyes a break from the contact lenses
I haven't worn glasses in years and there's still a part of me that is the young girl who hated wearing them but I found a pair that I liked before Christmas they were ordered straight away
I picked them up yesterday
What do you think?
It still feels very strange at the moment but thats understandable as I'm so used to wearing contact lenses

Very snazzy! I need new glasses too as I managed to break mine just before Christmas :( I'm using my old ones but I'm sick of them. Will have to wait until next month though! x

I've always loved glasses (of course I didn't have to wear them until I became an adult, so maybe that has something to do with it). I think they can make the wearer look very sexy. And the glasses you have chosen are great glasses, you look fabulous in them!
They are lovely, a little bit retro, not too big, nor too heavy and a bit artsy too. It's nice to have a pair of glasses so that you can 'alter' your look for casual days... or of course important meetings and interviews :)

Love them and how funny, I just got told the same thing before Christmas. I am now in glasses everyday too, just haven't got around to blogging it yet.
I love the glasses. You did a nice job of choosing the perfect ones! I had to stop wearing contact lens after 17 years. It was a difficult transition for me too.
