Ready to start

I follow the weight watchers diet but the past couple of weeks especially over Christmas I've let things slide so back to work today and back to the diet!

At the weekend I was able to stock up on various WW goodies to help me along...

...and yes a workout DVD! For £2.99 I decided it was cheaper to try out rather than another wasted gym membership

I've brought the Strictly Come Dancing one too

I'm due to get measured for my bridesmaid dress in a couple of months so hopefully I can shift a few pounds before then.

I'll keep you updated with how i'm getting on, I know a lot of us are in the same boat at the moment!

As I take a bite from Homemade Pizza I am nodding my head as I read.
Ah If I could just go 1 extra dress size down I would be happy!

Hope your first day back was ok... I wish you luck with weight watchers.... if anyone had asked me about it 7 years ok I would've said it was fantastic. I lost 2 stone in 8 months, just in time for my 30th birthday.... but slowly over the following 4 years I put on 4 stone!!!! I did try but found it really hard to keep going.. the normal thing of being good all day then piggy out before bed. 2 years ago I gave up, I swapped all my diet food for normal & within a year I lost 1 stone. In 2008 I started planning my food so I didn't have loads of crap in one week & I started cooking (& not buying WW ready meals!!) & I lost a further 2 stone.
I'm really happy.... & I didn't put any weight on over Christmas.. yipee!! I think WW is great if you have a bit of weight to lose & you do it for short periods of time but you can't change you life style that much 'cos it just makes you unhappy :(
Wow...that's a long comment.. should've emailed!! x

Hello,
Yep the bedding is lovely, very girly! I do love displays but I have too much out at the mo...a bit OTT! Expecially after Xmas I don't know where to put things! I really need to start dieting this year, but here I am eating a bag of haribo so not a good start! Looking forward to your progress - good luck! x

Hi Victoria, Good luck with Weight Watchers, i need to go myself and keep talking myself out of it! Years ago I lost 35 lbs with them and kept it off for years, but then again I exercised four to five days a week then too! Like the glasses too! Suzie
