Restraint

Here are the CK goodies I picked up at Bicester Village on Saturday

I love my Stanley lunch box and you can never have too many tea towels.

To be honest I didn't think there were many real bargains to be had in the CK outlet. Most items were usual sale prices. Some items were only £1 or £2 off the original.

Bicester Village is definintely worth a visit. There are many lovely shops there and bargains to be snapped up.

I hope you've all had a wonderful Bank Holiday weekend

Those are lovely tea-towels! What a great choice. Sorry to hear that there weren't too many bargains. There's an "outlet mall" nearby that has higher prices that the regular shops!!! It's terrible. Outlet malls are usually know for their fabulous bargains so it's a terrible disappointment. I know what you mean.

They're nice goodies but it's shame there weren't more bargains. Some outlet places seem bit hit and miss but nice to have a day out anyway!

Aww the lunch box is so cute and the teatowels are gorgeous. Pity the prices werent as good as you thought they would be, being an outlet you would expect quite a few bargains. I like CK but I think she charges over the top for some of her things, but then when you see so much prettiness what can you do? I am after some material but the website doesnt seem to have had much for awhile X

I love the tea towels especially that pink rose/stripe one that wasn't there when I went! I think they get new shipments daily - shame I missed that one. Sorry you didn't get more bargains though! x

Hi Victoria, I love your lunchbox and fabrics, is Cath Kidson's store just fabulous? I wish I could shop there too! I checked out Rachel Ashwell's home on the oprah link, I agree, it's just too white, but I wonder if when you deal with so many colors, patterns, ideas in your work life, if you just don't crave the simplicity of whites in your private life?! I crave reducing the clutter in my house in MY private life, tee, hee! Hope you're having a good week! Suzie

I love, love, love the rose fabric with the polka dots. Isn't that just soooo cheery?

I find that I can get better prices on sale than at any of the outlets here. Mostly they're just a waste of time. :-(

Blessings!
